Why Choose Sunrise?
This is about you and how you want your home to look and feel – we’re driven by that.
We realize that windows aren’t something you purchase every day. So with all the options in styles, material types, energy ratings and installation processes, choosing the right window for your home (and your personal style) can seem overwhelming.
You can trust that we will keep doing what we do; building the most beautiful windows and doors, offering superior performance and efficiency, developing new products to enhance the look and feel of your home, and making it easier for you to select the windows and doors that are a perfect fit for you.
Awards & Recognition
We’ve never been about trying to win awards or impress the press, but if it comes to us as a result of following our mission and working hard to stand out, then we’ll take it.
Clearly we have done what we set out to do. We’re consistently listed as a “Top 100 Manufacturer” by Window & Door Magazine, and we’ve been identified as one of the “Ten Manufacturers to Watch” by Door & Window Manufacturer Magazine. Of the more than 10,000 window and door manufacturers, fabricators and assemblers in North America, Sunrise Windows and Doors has also received several of the industry’s most coveted Crystal Achievement Awards for product innovation and manufacturing.
These accolades continue to flow to us and show our drive to manufacture the highest performing, superior quality, most beautifully crafted windows and doors. We’re proud that simply doing what we love to do can also lead to doing it better than anyone else.
– measures how much outside air comes into the home through a closed window. Rates typically fall in a range between 0.1 and 0.3*. The lower the air leakage number, the lower the potential for draft through the window.
*As of January 1, 2015, the lowest allowable rating for Air Leakage on the NFRC label for windows and sliding doors is ≤0.3. Sunrise Windows are designed and manufactured to deliver superior air leakage performance.
Air Filtration – measures the overall energy performance of a window. The Energy Rating is based on the combination of Air Leakage, U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain. The higher the ER number, the better the product’s overall energy performance
